Interior Design Ideas: Tropicana Cyperus Serviced Residences

Several weeks ago, we visited the show units for Tropicana Cyperus Serviced Residences. If we thought the 9 Bukit Utama Condo is expensive, this Cyperus is even dearer with double the price per square feet. Priced around RM1.2K per square feet, I’ll pay through my nose and will need my kids to continue paying it till old age >_<

Anyway, let’s take a look at the interior design ideas for their units. There are 3 show units but today I’ll show you only ONE – their biggest unit with 3 bedrooms.

On a personal note I appreciate my house so much better now looking at the ample space I currently have. I am also busy looking at children’s bedroom design lately as Ethan intends to move into his own room soon so we’ll need to do up his room together. We haven’t think of a theme yet but my biggest problem is the current two single beds in that room. I’m not too sure what to do with them. They are too sentimental to dispose as my sisters and I grew up on them and they are really still in very good condition but Ethan doesn’t want them :(

    So beautifully fitted.

Me too. My house is not big (terrace intermediate) but I love it because of my personal space.

Show units are usually very beautiful right? But our homes are the most comfortable. Hehehe.

I think landed homes with gardens are always better than condo units no matter how luxurious the condos are because the ceiling is someone’s elses floor (unless it is the penthouse) and the floor is someone’s else ceiling so if someone is jumping in their above condo unit, the one below will suffer.

Wow! The beds on which your sisters and you grew up on still can be used until today ah. Must be in very good condition then. Why Ethan does not want them anymore?

Yes, I agree with you. I prefer landed homes with a nice garden. I don’t have a garden now though and that is my dream – to have a house with a nice garden one day.
