Shopping for clothes after pregnancy

Since giving birth to Ayden I’ve not gone shopping for clothes for the most obvious reason – fat. Those extra flabs will just ruin any nice outfit hence I always resorted to baggy tee and ah pek pants.

Another factor is bcoz I am breastfeeding so my choice of clothes are usually based on how easily my boobs are accessible by the baby ( not the Daddy, Daddy needs to find a new hobby ).

Yesterday however, I shopped. I tried on countless outfits only to end up looking like some kind of bimbo due to those oversized milk balloons. Yes, breastfeeding made my boobs grow 2 cups bigger but that is not necessarily good for a petite person like me who already have lots of flesh to begin with.

There. Let this picture be prove that I will not sink even in the deepest ocean thanks to those two floating devices I have inflated on my chest. If I am taller I’ll be ever so happy to suddenly have huge boobs but I’m not so please, I did not buy this dress. As Darling puts it, I look heavy on the top half but empty on the bottom half that I will tumble forward should I take a step…

Feeling dejected after walking for 4 hours with no result, I just grabbed this to try and told Darling if this doesnt fit, I’m going home empty handed. I’m just too tired already!

Guess what? I bought this coz it comes with FREE necklace accessory! Now I can wear this and let people think, “eh that girl so damn cute” and then I turn around only for them to see my FACE! The face of an aunty almost reaching menopause..

What? You are old aunty? That is an understatement from you.

Yu still look great. I also don’t buy much clothing since giving birth but the only time I buy was in Thailand. Definitely hard to shed those shed this time round, but who cares? I am a mother of 3 and no one should criticize my body for what I have been through. ;)

Hahaha. Darling will just need to find new toys to play with :D

Unfortunately, I did not grow any taller. My feet did not grow a size bigger neither :(

Merryn, you actually look good in both dresses. You look curvy and sexy in pink dress, cute and lovely in polkadot dress.

Heavy top is an asset la, many women like to have it, you know?

You look great to me. I am honest. You are too hard on yourself.
