Splashing over the big blue is 1Utama’s Christmas theme this year. They kicked of their Christmas celebration with a spectacular launch by YB Elizabeth Wong on the 1 December 2011.
I’m not too sure how the ocean has got anything to do with Christmas but it is a beautiful Winter Waterland indeed

Can you see a lady performer in the oyster shell? That poor woman was in there for almost an hour before she gets to go out to present a pearl bracelet to YB Elizabeth Wong during the launch!
The highlight of the launch is definitely the musical performance. Guess what? The performers lip-sync lah!

Ethan loving every bits of the decor.
What I like about 1Utama is they never fail to amuse us with their creativity for their Xmas decor. I remembered their gigantic Toy Soldier several years back fondly. Love that max!
That was Christmas at 1Utama in 2010.
In 2009 they had A White Lyrical Christmas in 1Utama. 2008 they had Alice In Wonderland and 2007 was the year that I was mesmerized by their gigantic Toy Soldier!

When I was there last week, they were just started to decor the place. I could sense that they were doing the sea world. Now I can see their final work in you blog. Very impressive!
