Shogun’s largest outlet at Soho KL @ Solaris Mont Kiara
The Grand Saisaki Group, renowed for its chain of healthy Japanese buffet restaurants, recently officially opened its 5th outlet in the Shogun & Saisaki family at Soho KL @ Solaris Mont Kiara.
Built on a floor size of 29,000 square feet, the outlet offers a multitude of Japanese cuisines for the palette. Approximately 65% of the menu is Japanese in nature while the rest combine the best of fusion with Chinese, Western and Thai dishes infused into the menu. The outlet also boasts the leadership of Chef Zainurin bin Mohd Salleh who is an expert in Japanese cuisine with 23 years of experience locally and internationally.
“We are celebrating this 5th and biggest outlet by flying in a whole tuna fish weighing 100kg at a cost of about RM10,000. The heavyweight is delicately sliced and served right in front of guests in the form of fresh sashimi slices, maki and sushi showcasing Chef Zainurin’s food creativities,” said Dato’ Michael Chong, Managing Director of Grand Saisaki Group.
