Lin Dan wins the World Badminton Championship 2011 title

Lin Dan won the 2011 World Badminton Championship in an awesome 3 set thriller match.
Datuk Lee Chong Wei gave us hope when he won the first game at 22-20 but Lin Dan catches on to win at 21-14. When they draw at 8-8 in the rubber set I bet all Malaysians are on their feet cheering and biting their fingers!
The first game was a very interesting game. They draw at 16-16. Then 17-16, 18-16,19-16 and when it reached 20-16 we were all cheering like crazy! Then Lin Dan catches on to climb at 20-17, then 20-18, 20-19 and to our dismay he managed to level it at 20-20! Our hearts stopped! But before I can breathe again, Datuk Lee Chong Wei won the first set at 22-20! Yahooooooo!!!!!!!
The second set looks promising with Chong Wei leading at 3-0. But Lin Dan played a more powerful game and catched up to lead before Chong Wei managed to level back at 6-6, then 7-7, next at 9-9, 10-10, HEART ATTACK! then… the second game went to Lin Dan… Bummer 
Rubber game started with 1-1, 2-2, 3-3 and Lin Dan leads at 6-4. Chong Wei catches up to 6-6. Chong Wei leads 7-6. Lin Dan level at 7-7. Then 8-8, 10-10, 16-16, 17-17, 18-18, 19-19, 20-20, 21-21 and then Lin Dan won at 23-21!
Arrgh!!!!!!!!!!!!! Heart break!! Tough luck!!! Congratulations to Lin Dan for his fourth World Badminton Championship title but Chong Wei played an awesome game! RESPECT!!!!!!! Congrats Chong Wei for giving your very BEST! At least you went down with dignity. You played a much better game compared to the last Olympics! BRAVO! We are so proud of you nevertheless! Cheers to Chong Wei!
What’s worse than seeing Datuk Lee Chong Wei lost at the very last minute? Lin Dan celebrating semi naked! Duh!!!
Now I wanna go hug my pillow and cry… T_T

When everyone was at home watching badminton, I was at town dining and shopping. It was a very quiet night at town. As I missed the match, I didn't feel that dissapointed.
