Lately I’ve been hanging out with this fella a lot. LoL, yeah, “this fella!” Somehow, food brings us together. Last week during dinner, he handed me a magazine. I was like, “Oh okay… Thanx” I don’t even have time to blog hop and here he is handing me a Food & Travel magazine! Like as if I have time to read that! =_=

Once home, I did not touch it at all until today. I sent Ethan to class and have 1 1/2 hours to kill. I went to Starbucks and ordered my favourite ice-blended green tea and started to flip the mag. Yeah you read me right – flip! I was too tired to READ

Fuiyo! Did my eyes play trick on me? I don’t usually take note of credits be it for movies nor books but dunno what lead my eyes to that! Sidney Kan, sure bo?

I quickly flip through the magazine to see what this Sid is capable of when I came across this page and saw his name at the upper right corner. Looking at the entry, I know THIS is the Sidney Kan I know, this is the same Sidney Kan that I was referring to as ‘that fella’ up there! You know why? Coz he wrote about Nyonya food… hmm.. he must have had ME in mind when he wrote that Hahahaha.. okay, so now that I know ‘that fella’ is famous, I shall stop referring him as ‘that fella’ dy…
What shall I refer him as then? Whatever will do for he is still the same Sid to us nevertheless. Congrats Sid! You should have told me! @_@
