2011 Hari Raya Aidifitri’s Mall Decorations

Despite being a bit busy lately, I still managed to drop by FOUR malls to check out their Raya decor. I really hope to be able to drop by Pavilion one of these days to check out their “Secret of Hari Raya” celebration featuring GLAM 60s musicals.
Here are the decorations that I’ve seen with 1Utama being my favourite.
2011 Raya decor – 1 Utama
BATIK and bamboo are the main elements of 1 Utama Shopping Centre‘s Hari Raya Aidilfitri decorations. First look I thought those are trumpets! >_< Trumpets they are not, they are actually trees!
So I might be biased in choosing 1Utama as having the best Raya decor but I must admit I kinda love Sunway’s Raya decor too this year.
2011 Raya decor – Sunway Pyramid
I was WOW-ed when I first saw Sunway Pyramid’s Raya decor. The many WAU-s and blue lights made it such a beautiful sight to behold. This is easily my favourite too! 
2011 Raya decor – Mid Valley Megamall
Mid Valley Megamall adopts the Arabian theme this year. Nothing much to shout about, but their stalls look kinda nice I must say…
2011 Raya decor – The Curve
Err.. the Curve’s 2011 Raya decor? I can’t recall what is their theme. If Mid Valley’s nothing much to shout about, The Curve’s dunno is worth a whisper or not…

I've seen dat Midvalley's Deco everyday.. And still,it doesn't much as usual.. ho ho ho.. waiting for Christmas then.. They always make it extraVAGANZA.. :-p

oh, started the decoration war already?? sorry, have not got time to go shopping recently also.. but good to see some difference here lah, because every year the theme for raya is sure kampung house, a bit bored already lor~~ :p

You're right about 1 Utama's one being the nicest. Sunway's doesn't look that nice through pictures, it might be better in real.

The Curve's decor is quite a big letdown this year. It's like no decor at all… just some stalls only. Was in 1U that day but forgot to hop over to the Oval to see the decor… We were too busy exploring the new Jusco and spent the whole evening there only :p
