A Touch of Comfort

I’m so done with telling the world how Ethan and I have been a little under the weather lately. Ethan’s been fighting a losing battle with flu and cough for weeks now while I get stomach discomfort at the slightest indigestion making me very stressed up when it comes to eating!
Back to his runny nose, the skin surrounding his nose area is reddish and injured due to the constant friction and rubbing when I got him to blow his nose and wipe it dry. He complains that the area around his nose feels poignant and it hurts each time I wash his face :(
I guess the tissue that I’ve been using to wipe his nose might be too coarse and rough resulting those injuries? The skin around the nose is extremely sensitive especially when it comes to kids :(
But all is not gone as when we were at our lowest, the door bell rang and we received a parcel :D
Hmm.. something from Kleenex! Surprise, surprise!
Wow! Kleenex sent us a comfy pillow and their latest, improved Kleenex tissues!
Ethan loves the fluffy pillow so much that he requested to have his milk immediately just so he can lie on the couch with the pillow :P
Just when I was about to check out the tissue, his nose bled… @_@
Without thinking, I just grabbed the Kleenex tissue to wipe the blood away! I was pretty amazed at how soft the tissue is! I think Ethan realised it too for he kept on shoving the tissue into his nose without whining!
Normally he will pull away and protest each time I need to wipe his nose. He’s so fed up of me touching his sore nose that he’ll just run away!
Not this time though as he voluntarily took the tissue from me and wiped the blood away :D
I found out that what we just used is Kleenex’s latest offering, in 2 and 3-ply options, it is softer while still maintaining the strength and comfort of what is expected of a world-leading tissue brand! Kleenex has successfully combined both softness and strength into one, resulting in a product that is both soft AND strong!
Kleenex tissues are hypoallergenic, which make them suitable for even sensitive skin and made from top quality 100% pure virgin fibre for the extra softness. Its softer touch provides the much-needed relief to sensitve noses, tender from repeated wiping!
Thanks to Kleenex, Ethan’s nose is not too sore anymore and he is simply loving the pillow! He even insists to sleep with it :D
Now I truly believe in their tagline, “Every Touch is filled with Gentleness and Care”
