Worms for breakfast?
Breakfast is usually the first meal of the day. How many of you have breakfast everyday before you leave for work (or school)? Majority of my students don’t take breakfast before they go to school! *And you wonder why you can’t concentrate in class!*
We were at this amazing place last weekend and ate something yummy during breakfast. It never occured to us that it will end up looking ‘different’ on camera! When Kimmy played with my camera, he chuckles at the sight of this picture!
LoL! Worms?!
Worms… they are not! They are actually fried yee mee wrapped in banana leaves! Yummy! Now I can tell people that I’ve eaten WORMS! :P

Mee carbo = sugar rush, you get energetic quickly but the level drops very quickly too. Better to take more protein for breakfast for sustained energy for a longer time…
