Alpha and Omega

Being a Churper sure has its advantages. We got the invites to the premiere screening of Alpha and Omega at Cathay Cineplex at e@Curve yesterday.
It was also Ethan’s first trip to the cinema so Darling and I got very excited to see what his reaction will be. I prepared him by showing him the movie trailer way in advance. I also forced him to take his nap that he obediently took from 4.30pm – 7pm!
We expected some traffic but surprisingly it was smooth sailing on the road so we arrived e@Curve at 8pm. The redemption booth opened at 8.20pm.

Yes, if you don’t already know – Churp Churp is Nuffnang‘s version of advertising on Twitter :D

Ethan’s camwhoring session :P Notice the badges on him?
I got like five of them and I like to think that I’m the “Funny on Twitter”. I know I’m definitely not the “Shy on Twitter” nor the “Emo on Twitter”.
Ethan getting rather sleepy waiting for the movie to start. It eventually started at 9.45pm and ended at 11.15pm. Darling and I were very happy that Ethan sat through the entire movie without the need of  popcorn! He did not even requested us to bring him to the loo. He understands the movie and can even tell me what it was all about this morning :D NICE!
After 3 years being deprived of my weekly cinema outing, I can now start to frequent the cinemas again :D Yahoo!
Alpha and Omega generally has a very simple plot. It is a nice and straight forward classic love story brought to life by a pack of wolves. I kind of like the simple story line as this is the reason Ethan can sit through and easily understands the whole show.  I almost shed a tear at the near end of the show where the wolves come and howl together. So touching..

Watch the trailer here…

And this is what Ethan has been doing the whole day today… Howling like the wolves! @_@
Ethan @ 3 years 2 months
P/S: For those who has taken a wild guess on my drink, I’ll let you in on the answer in the next post :P

I always wanted to bring my kid who is almost same age as Ethan but worried he may not sit still throughout the movie. That's good news for me..I never watched a movie with my wife for almost 5 years.
