PPP – How to withdraw?

OK. I need help here. How many of you did reviews for PPP? Most importantly, how many of you have actually withdraw funds from your PPP account?
I started reviewing for PPP last month once I got my PR back. Today I wanted to withdraw funds from my PPP account since it has already hit the desired amount 
But… This is what I see.
Ok. Step by step.
#1 Fill in the amount to withdraw – SO VERY THE HAPPY TO FILL IT IN 
#2 Fill in my paypal email – EVER SO VERY THE HAPPY AGAIN. Money going in PayPal, who’s not happy? 
#3 Fill in my address – ER, OK. NOT SO HAPPY BUT HAVE TO ALSO~LAH. Want money what to do?
#4 Fill in tax ID/ISSN – NOW, WHAT’S THIS? WHY IS IT THAT THEY AUTOMATICALLY PUT MY COUNTRY AS UNITED STATES? If I don’t fill in the tax ID, I won’t get paid. But I’m not residing in the US, and that tax ID is for US residents only. HOW?
So I’m seeking help from all more experienced reviewers out there. If you have ever withdraw funds from your PPP account, please advise me what to do. Thankx a million in advance. Muaks

I went to the Help Topics in the PPP page and requested them to change my country to Malaysia and in less than 24 hours they managed to rectify it! Talk about being efficient Thank you PPP!

Some Nice People
you have to write to them and tell them that you are not in the US. Tell them you have this problem when you want to withdraw funds. They will help

mine was ok.. withdrew once before. my particulars were all there and it went straight to my paypal.. how come yours is empty? did u fill in the particulars when u apply for PPP registration?

My understanding is one cannot withdraw money from PayPal in M'sia as it's not recognized here. But you can do so in S'pore.

Mei – Withdrawing from PayPal is not a problem. We can do it here in Msia now. My problem is withdrawing from PPP. But I guess I'll just have to contact them as advised by all

when u sign up an account with them, u have to provide ur paypal ID, once u withdraw, it goes straight to paypal. Do send them an email if u still cant do it
