Asparagus bawang belacan

Reading suituapui‘s blog can be really fattening! lol. It is always lavished with good food and I bet he is really a good cook. If a picture speaks a thousand word, his food pictures are screaming telling us to eat them!
His one particular post reminds me of the good ol’ days of how I used to have my greens before having Ethan. Cooking with Ethan in mind, I had to omit chilly from the menu. But darn.. I was drooling looking at his post.
When I was back in my parents’ place last weekend, the first thing I did was to get my mom to prepare that classic vege dish. She used fresh prawns and the chosen green was asparagus. The outcome? Delicious! Just the way I like it… Sigh.. it’s always good to be back home and being pampered by my mother.

Nothing's like mom's cooking and it always taste better when cooked by someone you love, don't you think ? I bet your mom cooked other delicious stuff for Ethan too right ?

You're flattering me… I only cook simple dishes. I love asparagus but they're very expensive here. Nice with beef too!
