Homemade Tau Foo Fah
The one thing I really look forward to have whenever I go back to my hometown is my mother’s homemade Tau Foo Fah. (I don’t know how to spell it, sorry!)
She’ll blend the soaked beans. Filter it, boil it. Add in whatever she needs to add.
Leave it for about an hour.
And what I do on MY part is… to help eat it! Yummy.. super smooth tau foo fah!
P/S: This must be the worst food review ever done as I’ve not written anything about the ingredients or process. You know why? ‘Coz I did not help.. I was busy watching Lion King with Ethan.. haha..
