I’ve perfected my baking skills

When I first started baking, I was so proud of the outcome. I thought I had baked a wonderful piece of art, until a friend of mine kindly whispered to me that cakes are not suppose to pop and crack! Aiks, how come no one told me this before? LOL.
So I practised baking again. This time I had it just right. My lemon cupcakes turn out just nice. Fluffy and beautiful. No cracks this time. Now, this is what I call a piece of art! ^^
