Which bank’s good for PayPal?

I want to have my own PayPal account, but I don’t have my own credit card. All my cards are subs from Darling. Pathetic eh? Darling is not a fan of online banking, shopping or anything online for that matters. He doesn’t even READ my blog! He forbids me to use the card for my PayPal account no matter how much I persuaded him.
After seeking advise from top, down, left and right, Mummy Moon gave me an answer that might work. She told me to use a debit card if Darling is so sceptical about using my credit card online! Yeay! She also told me not to use Maybank Debit card as it doesn’t have the facilities to be linked to PayPal yet. But since I already have a Mayban ATM card, I thought, what the heck, just go ‘upgrade’ it to a Debit card. And I did! And I tried, but guess what? She was right. My card can’t be linked to PayPal and it was confirmed by Maybank’s customer service that they don’t have that facilities for PayPal as yet. Mummy Moon also told me that her friend is using Public Bank’s Debit card and it worked just fine. The problem is, there is no Public Bank anywhere NEAR my house. I live in the jungle!
So, all bloggers out there who are using Debit card for your PayPal account. Please advise me, which bank is good? I don’t want to go applying a debit card from each and every bank in Malaysia! Thank you so much in advance for your help…
