How do I clean these hard to reach places?

Ethan has a water tumbler like the above. The problem is, I find it difficult to clean the entire bottle properly. It has so many areas that I find impossible to reach. Forget about the nipple brush, it can’t even fit in. I ended up using tooth pick to clean certain areas but find it not doing a good enough job. Several times, I ended up disposing the tumbler away when I find that it is starting to show signs of grossness. Eww… How many times do I have to dispose off a cute tumbler like this? Not only it is heavy on my pocket, it will be so bad for the environment.

So I need advise from all the more experienced and smarter mommies out there. How DO you clean the hard to reach places like these?

Please help me. I’m done disposing all these cuties…
