Night Glow – 1st Putrajaya International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta 2009
When we got home after the DAY event in Putrajaya in the afternoon, (read about it here) we never thought that we will be there again later in the evening. Only when we arrived home did Darling realised that they have an event called Night Glow later at 8.30pm. So we took our nap and in the evening, went all the way back to Putrajaya. For us, today was our first time stepping foot in Putrajaya and we did it twice!
Arrived there around 7.30pm and managed to get some shots of Putrajaya at dusk.

It’s a bit too dark, but can you spot the Elephant (in pink) and Peacock (in blue) Balloons? The Nescafe Balloon was hidden behind the Elephant..
Ethan waiting patiently for the ‘Night Glow’. Can you see a balloon there?
Mr. Elephant making it’s appearance.. Don’t ask me which country this balloon is from.. I did not check the info.. ![]()
Side profile of the Clown..
The pilot of the Balloon doin’ his thing..
And my favourite moment, when ALL the Balloons lit up at the same time!

It was an amazing experience for us because this time, we do not need to go far into other people’s country to enjoy this magnificent view. Do check out my previous post on the Fiesta earlier in the day.
