The waiting is killing me…

I must be one of the last few people on Earth who are still using dial-up to access the Internet. Previously when I was still working, I do most of what I needed to do online at work, I’d like to say during break-time but err, let’s be honest and say I’d go online to do personal stuffs when I had the free-time kay? (Hope my former employer is not reading this post! :P )

And then I had Ethan and became a SAHM. Still I remained loyal to dial-up. Why? Because I needed to be online for only about 1 hour everyday to check emails, facebook and chat a little bit here and there.

And THEN, I started blogging! Hmm… now THIS is a different story. I am starting to feel frustrated at my low-speed Internet connection. It took me years to wait for some blogs to upload, and then whenever I needed to make a comment, some error message often appeared. Hence my disability to comment much on many of my hommies posting. Just to let you all know, I read ALL your post, just have not much time to comment because with dial-up, it can take up to 15 minutes to complete a comment! Believe that!

With all that said, I am now ready to terminate my dial-up and seek a higher speed Internet connection. The question is, which one should I choose? Streamx? Maxis? I need your honest opinion on this issue before I make up my mind. Till then, I’ll sit here quietly waiting for some blogs to upload and grow webs all over me!
