27. Mommy Blogger or Mommy Barber?

Not only am I a Mommy Blogger, I am also a Mommy Barber. Ethan has my genes and that means his hair is like mine, which means it’s like a lion’s mane if not well taken care of. Every three weeks or so, I have to give his hair a little snip here and there. Otherwise, he’ll look like a lion out hunting!
When he was 2 to 3 months old, I took him to my hair-dresser for his monthly trim. But at 3 months onwards, I realised that …. hey.. this seems easy and I tried trimming his hair on my own. All I need is his Bumbo Chair, a pair of scissors and some toys to keep him occupied. Luckily for me, he is very cooperative and I have been trimming his hair on my own ever since then, and will keep on trimming until the day he is able to tell me that my ‘fashion’ is no longer ‘cool’. That will be the day I hand him over to the saloon!
