13. There’s a whole new world out there… through reading..

I love reading. Each time I go shopping, I’ll make it a point to drop by any bookstore and sit there for at least 15 – 30 minutes reading before I decide what reading materials I will or will not purchase.

Nowadays, I don’t go reading alone. I’ll have a little one tagging along. He has acquired the reading habit and will select his own reading materials (which consists mainly of picture and one word books) and will sit there and reads too. He too can sit there for at least 15 minutes, leaving me with some peace and quiet time to catch up on my own reading.

I hope this habit will stay with him for a very long time because there is a whole new world out there for him to explore, through reading…
